10/10, wonderful service in a timely manner (both initially getting in touch to set up an appointment and duration it took to fix everything) also cost effective to boot, so big win there. For a small business I couldn't ask for more because Chelsea checked off all my boxes and provided one of the best service experiences I have come across.... and this is coming from an avid apple user (since gen 1) who has the grip of a 4 year old with butter on their hands so I have been through my share of screen repair businesses. I look forward to recommending her services to anyone of my friends that need it since I can do so confidently knowing she's great at what she does.

Nothing but awesomeness from Chelsea! I've had the back of my phone screen fixed from her and I've purchased multiple phone cases and screen protectors all of which were great quality and I still use them every single day. Everything is always perfect and she is super nice. I will forever go to her for all of my device problems :)

Beware of scam!!! I took my 2 weeks old iPhone XR for a screen change, Chelsea did a good job in about an hour and I was happy with my new screen. However, the very second day I'd noticed that my phone's battery would last considerable less than before, like less than a day instead of 1.5-2 days. Chelsea said she didn't do anything to the battery so I had no one to blame. About a year later, the battery finally started to fully give up and took the phone for a battery replacement. How stunned was I, when the technician told me that the battery in my phone WAS NOT THE ORIGINAL BATTERY. Fact is, no one but Chelsea ever touched this phone before, bought from official apple store in WEM. Wow, such a low, dirty way to conduct business. I couldn't believe it myself that people can do such things, but facts are facts and can't deny them. Stay away from such technicians" !"

Chelsea is someone I will always recommend for repairs on phones or tablets. Took my daughters phone to her to have the screen replaced and it was done in under an hour at a very affordable cost. I was super impressed with her service and price.

Highly recommended.I dropped my iPhone from a chair charging, of course. Even though the screen did not crack but the screen was unresponsive partially. I contacted Chelsea and she was confident on answering my questions. Chelsea had my phone fixed and all went well. I decided to have my battery replaced with her too because of her work. She is fast and reasonable, and she knows what she does.Don’t ever go to a mall phone repair store to have your screen/battery replaced please.

I will only take my electronics to Chelsea. She literally has been able to fix my completely smashed phones in less than an hour. There has been many times Chelsea won't even charge me for things. She is honest, very reliable, and professional. I don't have a single bad thing to say about her. The Apple store is a joke! They have told me they can't fix my phone, then i've taken it to Chelsea and it's fixed in 20 minutes. THANK YOU!! :) I am probably one of her most frequent customers and she never fails to impress!

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and I accidentally let the phone slip out of my shirt pocket and it landed quite violently on the gravel and sand on the ground literally smashing the entire front screen and brutally damaging the sides and part of the back and so I began the long painful search to find out how to deal with this potentially expensive problem so I went through all the big wig corporations such as CPR phone repair, and best buy, Mobile Klinik, Kingsway Cell Express, Cydia Fix along with really questionable and shady joint called Bhogal Mobiles where it was extremely uncomfortable as this individual seemed more focused setting up a date then focusing on the phone repair so I caution this place as he may be ok at fixing or troubleshooting a phone and even then it's hard to say because I have known a couple other people bring phones there and they experienced a similar uncomfortable experience as I did so I got lucky and was directed to a business Called Chelsea's Iphone and Tablet Repair and I explained the problem I was having with my ridiculously broken front and back and she asked me to bring it to her, keeping in mind I thought well she generally does Apple products and had uncertainty whether she would be able to fix a Samsung product buuuuut, I was as wrong as I could have ever been about this as she took my phone and asked if I could leave it with her to troubleshoot which I happily did.  Went out, ran errands for an hour then got a call from Chelsea telling me to come back and when I returned I was completely blown away because not only did she do a complete replacement of front and back, it looked like it came directly from the new box it came in all wrapped up like the first day I bought it.  But as much as I was immensely impressed by her ability to work so efficiently and effective, her personality dealing with customers is exactly how I envision customer service and she exemplifies what it means to have the right client relationship.  Also, I have always supported local businesses because they are the very foundation that helps grow communities and it means even more when you see how Loyal, Genuine and Sincere Chelsea is about doing the best work all while maintaining her honesty regarding elements such as Pricing and questions about the products she fixes.  I have 4 daughters and a husband who all use Samsung Products both phones and a couple of Laptops and going forward the only place those products see will be Chelsea's Iphone and Tablet repair.  She is an absolute Sweetheart and I love that she cares so much about delivering the best results.  I can speak for others I know that will only go to Her and now I see why.  Do yourself a favor and give her a call, and she has a Facebook page which is where I saw her services once my family and friends vouched for how great she was, and its always nice when a recommendation goes exactly how it was explained.  Thank You again Chelsea, your an absolute Doll and and Angel, oh and by the way, those two little ones of yours are so amazing.  I felt the love even just standing there talking to you while they were talking to me.  Big Big thank you again.  Come on everyone, this is the time to support the Genuine local busineses that are doing it right but most importantly are doing it for Us, the Client.  Go Check her Out Guys and Gals.P.S. Excellent service! My phone screen was unresponsive. I took it to Apple first and they told me I need to replace the screen. I took it to Chelsea and she found that a connection just came loose and the screen did not need to be replaced. She repaired it, replaced the battery, and resealed it. My phone is working perfectly once again. I would highly recommend getting a phone fixed by Chelsea!

Chelsea repaired my Microsoft Surface Tablet's cracked screen. She did and amazing job and my tablet looks like new with all touchscreen functionality working. Her rates are affordable and she does a professional job.Thank you Chesea.
